Build Community with Naked Heart Yoga

We are passionate about creating spaces to be in community with each other. In order to spread the love and share the gift of yoga, we have partnered with Community Hospital Anderson and Bloom Madison County to offer yoga at the farm and yoga at the market. 

Yoga at the farm is located at the Jetty Center in Anderson, IN and features a beginner friendly flow, often outdoors, amongst the growing plants, buzzing bees and chirping birds. Registration for this can be found on the Community Hospital website.  https://www.ecommunity.com/events

Yoga at the market is located at the Anderson Farmers Market. This is a fun energizing class for all ages, we often start with learning a basic sequence, introduce some partner shapes and yogi games for our tiny human friends.  No registration required!
