About Naked Heart Yoga
Our Vision
At Naked Heart Yoga, our vision is to provide a safe loving home for folks to practice yoga, share their gifts and honor each other's differences. We believe that yoga is for every body and strive to create a supportive, inclusive, community for all of our students. We are starting this journey with our hearts wide open and we hope you'll do the same.
The name of our studio "Naked Heart Yoga" refers to our willingness to be vulnerable with each other while holding space together to shed societal expectations in order to find who we are and simply exist in our truest state.
Our Instructors
Our experienced instructors are passionate about sharing their practice with you. They each have a unique teaching style so we encourage you to try them all and find your perfect fit. Our instructors provide personalized attention and modifications to ensure that every student can get the most from their time and prevent injury.
Our Classes
